5.1 Before commencing the manufacturing operation clean the whole room from each and every corner with moping brush, so that dirt, dust or any other foreign particles should be cleaned off.5.2 Then do moping with the help of moping pad using freshly prepared disinfectant solution.
5.3 Clean the SS. tables that are used for keeping raw materials an utensils with 70% IPA to avoid cross-contamination.
5.4 Clean the window glasses, doors, furniture’s and fixtures once in a day with 70% IPA.
5.5 Clean the tube lights and A/C grills twice in a week the appropriate disinfectant solution.
5.6 Clean wall surface and ceiling of walls once in a day with the help of proper disinfectant using moping pad.
5.7 After completion of manufacturing operation clean the room as per step 6.1 to 6.3 to avoid cross-contamination.
5.8 Take line clearance from Q.A. before proceeds for another product’s manufacturing.
5.9 Also expose nutrient agar media plate for the microbial count in the room.
5.10 Record
5.10.1 Cleaning record of manufacturing area in housekeeping record of the clean area.
